Dylan McClure, he/they

Dylan is a queer and trans therapist whose clinical work is deeply influenced by his lived experience as a person in recovery from developmental trauma + drugs/alcohol. Dylan is especially curious about the way the social world intersects with, and co-shapes, our internal world. Clients who tend to enjoy working with Dylan are those who are struggling to "make sense" of the world and their place in it, and yet are curious and ready to engage in the therapy process. Dylan's therapeutic work is depth and process orientated. Dylan believes that by deepening connection to ourselves, and feeling into the present moment, we will be able to access the part of ourselves that Is ready to be healed, and to be alive.​

Dylan is not currently taking new individual therapy clients, focusing on mentoring the therapists at Rhizome, and building community collaborations to expand Rhizome's reach in service of our trans and queer community.
