Fia Effa, they/them

Fia is a queer therapist who is passionate about working with individuals who have taken the courageous step to pursue self-growth. Everyone deserves a non-judgmental space to explore who they are and how they can grow. Fia focuses on encouraging radical acceptance and empowering clients to facilitate change in their lives. They provide a warm, supportive space for individuals to be open about their experiences, and works through a multicultural, intersectional lens by pulling from aspects of liberation psychology. Fia also uses tools pulled from humanistic therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and trauma-informed care. Fia is supervised by Tess Keller, LMFT 146858.
