l am a queer, disabled, white, poly, trans therapist with a non-pathologizing, humanist approach to therapy. Personally and professionally I orient toward liberatory practices (decolonization, disability justice, intersectionality, abolition, & more). As your therapist I weave systemic awareness with personal healing to provide trauma informed care. With compassion built from my own lived experiences I can support you in navigating identity exploration, trauma work, disability, community care, justice work, and feeling at home in your body. I’m covid cautious and mask in public spaces as both personal and community care.

I live Mendocino county and am currently seeing clients via telehealth only.
