Vail Krygsman, she/they

Associate Therapist, ACSW #139076

Vail is a trauma-informed, decolonial social worker. Her work centers on lived experiences in recovery, justice systems, and intersectional identity as a queer, femme, multicultural grandchild of immigrants. She believes in social justice, class-conscious analysis, and relational care–healing through connection. Vail is informed by her elders’ care for people and place. She prioritizes the traditions of queer, abolitionist, and anticapitalist liberation movements, seeking to support communities most impacted by systemic harm. She understands care as collective and interconnected, and in her practice strives to support webs of healing, resistance, and communal prosperity anchored in mutual care. Vail is supervised by Dylan McClure, LCSW #94217.
